Sixteen years ago CreateAthon was a grand experiment. Our biggest concern wasn’t if we could get all the work done; it was more whether our rag-tag crew of volunteers could even stay awake for 24 hours!

Little did we know, we were onto something big. That 1998 CreateAthon was the inaugural effort of what’s now 16 nights of work on behalf of nonprofits. Our little idea was the catalyst for a nationwide nonprofit. And, we, Riggs Partners, are the mothership of a network of like-hearted souls that stretches from coast to coast. Who would’ve ever imagined?

The cinematic gifts we’d received from our friends at GreyHawk Films have been another joyful surprise. This year, they’ve created a film that truly captures the spirit, creativity and hilarity of doing a good night’s work. What’s more, they’ve included many of our partners who were CreateAthon-ing across the nation on Thursday, October 24. Enjoy!
